Study Bibles for Missionaries to the Rural Osun and Oyo States

Why?

In the last 14 years, Anchor International Care and Humanitarian Initiative (AICHI) has equipped over 3,000 ministers of the gospel with quality training. These minsters—which include pastors, missionaries, evangelists, youth pastors, and lay leaders—serve their communities across rural south-western Nigeria.

Their commitment to Christ is deep, and they seek to grow in faith and in leadership development. AICHI provides the leadership training and Christian resources these ministers need.

AICHI has a proven track record in deepening discipleship and Christ-likeness, enabling the people to take a lead in their churches and mission fields. Oasis views partnering with AICHI as a significant investment for advancing the Kingdom of God.

How?

For each quarter of 2023, AICHI plans to host a large-scale Ministers’ and Pastors’ Training in a different region of Nigeria. Each minister in attendance will be provided with the life-transforming Africa Study Bible.

In 2022, the first phase of this project has seen 250 pastors from the rural areas of Lagos and Ogun States receive extensive training and an Africa Study Bible each. The second phase provided 500 study Bibles to pastors serving in the rural areas of Ekiti and Ondo States of Nigeria.

Now, 600 Bibles are needed for the next round of rural pastors’ training, which will be held in Osun and Oyo States of Nigeria in the fourth quarter of 2023. Your support to this Bible project in Nigeria directly contributes to fulfilling the Great Commission.

Funding Needs

AICHI will give $5 for each copy of the Africa Study Bible, leaving $8,250 still needed to complete this project’s funding.

In order to meet the greatest need possible, your gift will first be used for this opportunity. However, if this goal is already met, your gift will go to support the entire mission of the God's Word for Africa program.

With your help we can continue to satisfy Africa’s thirst for God’s Word.
